29-01-2018 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner accepts the position that the petitioner has worked 42 years, In that view of the matter, nothing remains to argue. He further submits that the petitioner has not been paid his salary for sometimes for the period he has worked, if it is so, the petitioner may represent his case before the competent authority which the competent authority will consider on its own merit and shall communicate the petitioner about his decision in this regard within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

If there is any admitted due, it is expected that the same shall be paid to the petitioner immediately after

Patna High Court CWJC No.6211 of 2011 (6) dt.29-01-2018 such consideration and in any case within a period of one month thereafter.

This writ application stands disposed off.
