Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Naresh Prasad, for the petitioner.

This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for direction to the lower appellate Court to dispose of Title Appeal No.62 of 2011 as soon as possible.

So far this relief claimed by the petitioner in judicial side of the High Court is not maintainable as while exercising supervisory jurisdiction in judicial side, the High Court examines the order passed by the Civil Court against which neither there is forum of appeal or forum of revision. In this regard, reference may be made in the case of Radhey Shyam Vs. Chavi Nath 2015

Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as not maintainable. The petitioner is at liberty to pray before the Court below for his grievance.
