JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-10-2016 The petitioner being husband of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic case is of killing the informant's daughter after six years of marriage and birth of four children. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the daughter of the informant was residing at in-laws house and she died due to illness.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sadar Hajipur P.S. Case No.379 of 2013, pending
