JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-03-2022 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsels for the informant. The petitioner is accused in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 86564 of 2019 on 22.01.2020. He further submits that the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that the police after investigation submitted charge sheet under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
