Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47/47(a)/48(2) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Eight liters of country-made liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.011.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
