JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 355 of 2017, registered under Sections 304 (B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of the prosecution is that the accused persons are stated to have killed the deceased lady. The petitioner happens to be the unmarried sister-in-law of the deceased lady and it is submitted that she has got nothing to do with the affairs of the husband of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and simialry situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail, one

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to admit the petitioner herein to the privilege of anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S.
