The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30, 30(a), 38, 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

160 liters of spirit has been recovered from behind the house of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from open place behind the house of petitioner and he is in custody since 24.09.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is accused in several cases of Excise Act.
