JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Harsidhi P. S. Case No. 385 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submission that there is case and counter case, as also the fact that for an occurrence of 26.09.2017, the first information report was instituted after 10 days on 06.10.2017 for which no reasonable explanation has been given, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9317 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Harsidhi P.
