The Petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P.S.

Case No. 83 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by the petitioner that witnesses have merely raised suspicion against the petitioner in para 32 and 33 of the case diary and in para 38 of the case diary, it has come that on the alleged date of occurrence, the victim frequently talked on two mobile numbers from her mobile and after getting call details, both the mobile numbers did not belong to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3731 of 2017 (3) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 has also made similar statement.

The petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2016. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
