Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Two persons including the petitioner caused injury at the head of the deceased. The doctor has found one injury at the temporal region and another at the parietal region at the head of the deceased.
Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.139 of 2016 pending in the court of learned 4th
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6026 of 2017 (3) dt.24-04-2017 Additional Sessions Judge, Banka is refused.
The learned court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within nine months from the date of receipt of this order.
