The petitioners seek bail in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.91 of 2015 registered under Sections 385, 387 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making demand of ransom of Rs.10,00,000/- at the mobile of the informant by unknown through Mobile No.9155370218.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that in course of investigation, the name of the petitioners has surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of the co-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2433 of 2017 (2) dt.04-02-2017 2/2 accused Alok Kumar Singh alias Alok Kumar. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioners to show their involvement in the commission of the alleged offence. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted at the Bar that on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused Alok Kumar Singh alias Alok Kumar, the petitioners have been remanded in two other cases also. The petitioners are in custody since 01.10.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.91 of 2015.
