2. Registered Cover Notice has been received by the son of the O.P. No. 2 and the same is treated to be valid.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 116 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 96, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.

He further submits that the petitioner is the mother of the main accused Ashish Kumar, who was granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 11.11.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 59456 of 2025.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Court, POCSO Act, Sheikhpura/concerned Court below in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 116 of 2025.
