Having regard to the facts, which have been stated in the present writ petition, we are of the view that a proper and effective investigation is needed in the present case. In view of the above and in the interest of justice, we close this writ petition with direction to the Officer-in-Charge, Modal P.S. Sasaram Police Station to investigate in accordance with law Modal P.S. Sasaram Police Station Case No.802 of 2015 and bring the same to its logical conclusion expeditiously.
