JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 The petitioner questions the election to the Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society, Olha Mehta Tola in the district of East Champaran inter alia on grounds of infracted voter list. There is no whisper in the writ petition whether the petitioner has taken recourse to the remedy so available to him under the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 and the rules framed thereunder as well as the Election Authority Act for questioning the election of the Society. Without exhausting the remedy to question the election of the Society, the petitioner cannot move this Court by way of a writ petition straightway.
