Four petitioners who are father- in- law, mother -inlaw, brother of the husband of the informant and wife of the brother of the husband of the informant have approached this court for grant of anticipatory bail in Gopalganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant to the reasons best known to her has not arrayed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48067 of 2016 (2) dt.24-11-2016 2/2 husband as accused rather other family members have been made accused. I have perused the material available on record. In view of the facts and circumstances , in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let all the aforesaid four petitioner Ram Narayan Gupta, Bidanti Devi, Ashok Gupta , Pushpa Devi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj / concerned court in connection with Gopalganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 subject to the conditions as contemplated under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
