ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 06-08-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Bihar Public Service Commission.

The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the result of Drug Inspector published on 27.06.2024 in pursuant to advertisement No. 09 of 2022, as the said result has been published contrary to the rule and regulation of General Administrative Department on the basis of financial year 2021-22, notification No. 2622, dated 26.02.2019. Counsel for the petitioner seeks further direction from this Court to

Patna High Court CWJC No.11678 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 publish the result afresh relating to advertisement No. 09 of 2022, particularly, with regard to candidates of Economic Weaker Section (Female) category.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that for his grievance he has filed representation vide Annexure- P/10 on 28.06.2024, but no decision has been taken by the Bihar Public Service Commission.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Bihar Public Service Commission may be directed to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for State submits that it is a confrontation directly between the petitioner and the Bihar Public Service Commission, at this juncture State has no role.

6. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed off directing the Bihar Public Service Commission to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner, which is Annexure- P/10, by speaking and reasoned order within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order along with representation.
