Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sugauli PS Case No.34 of 2016, registered under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the second attempt by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail on the ground that the husband of the deceased has been acquitted by the trial court.

Having considered the fact that earlier the anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected but she did not surrender, so prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Sugauli PS Case No.34 of 2016, pending in the court of learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari.
