JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2025 By filing this writ application, the petitioner has mainly prayed for the relief of the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent/Railway Authority not to disturb his physical possession over the land detailed in the paragraph no. 1 (i) of the petition. It is submitted by petitioner's counsel that he has also filed a representation before the concerned Railway Authority for redressal of his grievance.

2. After having gone through the averments made in

Patna High Court CWJC No.13943 of 2025(2) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 the petition as well as in view of the nature of the relief sought by the petitioner, this court finds that the petitioner has not made out a case for invoking the writ jurisdiction of this court. However, the concerned Railway Authority is directed to decide the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2025 at the earliest preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt or production of this order's copy with reasoned order.
