It appears that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused on 13.12.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 40221 of 2016 in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 386 of 2015 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer after framing of the charge. It appears that the charges have already been framed on 23.12.2016. The petitioner is in custody since 8.6.2016. According to F.I.R., six persons allegedly assaulted the deceased, whereas during the course of investigation it reveals that only three persons, namely, Md. Kallege, Md. Sonu and Md. Amzad had assaulted the deceased, as a result whereof he died. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-
