The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 220 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 376, 452, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been made accused in the instant case due to dirty village politics. The complaint case is filed after lapse of two weeks and there is no medical report to corroborate the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
