The present petition relates to Laheriasarai P.S.Case No. 479 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Indian Penal Code as well as SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act and according to new amendment act, the order of special court or sessions court are appealable but the impugned order has been passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga and, therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, this petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make prayer before the appropriate court and if petitioner does so, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court.
