The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Pakarideyal P.S. Case No.8 of 2013 registered under Sections 363, 366A, 366 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application wherein she has not uttered a word against the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9204 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 today, she is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pakarideyal P.S. Case No. 8 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
