This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.412 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/41/32 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

About 162 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from two vehicles.

The petitioner is said to be the driver of one of the vehicles. The petitioner in custody since 05.07.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
