2. The petitioners have challenged the notice dated 14.01.2023 issued under Section 6(2) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

3. The petitioners have alternative remedy of filing an appeal.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have applied for certified copy of the final order but the same has not been given to him.

5. The aforesaid contention of the petitioners have not been supported by any document.

6. The petitioners are directed to file an application before the Circle Officer, Parwalpur, Nalanda for supply of the certified copy of the final order then the certified copy of the final order must be given to the petitioners within a week from the date of its filing.

7. If the petitioners file an application for supply of the certified copy, then the possession of the petitioners shall not be disturbed for thirty days from today.

8. The petitioners may prefer an appeal before the District Magistrate, Nalanda after getting the certified copy.

9. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.

10. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Nalanda through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith.
