Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mahila Banka P.S. Case No. 28 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have committed no offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are the relatives of the husband of the informant.
