JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-08-2025 Both these cases arise out of the same case i.e. Khutauna P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 and accordingly, they are being heard together and disposed of with this common order.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48737 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/3 offence punishable under Sections-309(4) B.N.S.S. 2023.

3. Allegedly, while in course of going alongwith Md. Amjad and Shubhankar Kumar to deposit the loan collection money in Fine Customer Care Centre, Parsahi Chowk, the informant reached near the Mango orchard, four unknown persons came and confined the informant with bamboo and looted money, mobile and Adhar Card from possession of the informant and others.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that for the same occurrence, the police has also registered a case i.e. Khutauna P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025 and except that, there is no any other case against the petitioners. In Khutauna P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025, the petitioners have been granted bail by the court below itself. In the present case, the petitioners are in custody since 07-03-2025.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 03 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48737 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 3/3 2025 with condition that the petitioners shall cooperated with the trial of the case and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
