Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 406 and 498A of the IPC though the complaint was lodged under sections 498A, 392, 307, 323, 406/34 of Indian Penal Code but the cognizance was taken only u/s 498 A, 406 of IPC.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65734 of 2021(4) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 Vide order dated 24.06.2022, this matter was refered to the mediation centre.

A mediation report dated 10.08.2022, is kept at Flag 'M'. From perusal of the same it is evident that the petitioner and O.P. no.2 are living together. This fact is also supported by the learned counsel for the O.P. no.2.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in Complaint Case No.626 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
