JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1AA), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2015. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has already been granted bail in all other cases mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition.

It is alleged that one AK-57 automatic rifle and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
