The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 26.6.2012 passed by the Sessions Judge, Buxar in Criminal Revision No.32 of 2012, by which he has affirmed the order dated 30.1.2012 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Buxar in Case No.105(M) of 2011, by which he has attached the disputed lands. It is not in dispute that the proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C., which is emergent in nature, is still pending and the parties are at the stage of giving evidence.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34289 of 2012 dt.30-06-2015 2/2 Since the proceeding is of the year 2011, it would be expedient that the proceeding be concluded within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
