JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 396 of 2017 dated 08.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 380, 354, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is said to have given a Farsa blow to the informant leading to injuries on his person. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however has submitted that even though a sharp cutting weapon has been attributed to the petitioner, but the injuries suffered by the informant are opined to have been caused by hard and blunt substance and the injuries have also been found to be simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence as well.

No.16116 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 Regard being had to the aforesaid facts as also that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with G.R. No. 4710 of 2017, arising out of Meenapur P.S. Case No. 396 of 2017.
