The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chauri P.S. Case No.98 of 2019 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that after having received information about the death of his daughter on 17.06.2019, he went to the house of his daughter and on inquiry, Baban Sah, the father-in-law of the deceased and others disclosed that his daughter was ill and he died. Her dead body was cremated. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-inlaw(gotni) of the deceased. The deceased was married in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54516 of 2019(2) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 year 2014 with Shankar Sao(son of petitioner No.1). The deceased never complained any ill treatment at the hands of the petitioners after her marriage and before her death on 17.06.2019.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur(Ara) in connection with Chauri P.S. Case No.98 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
