ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-02-2016 The Petitioner, who is the husband of the Opposite Party No.2, seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 25.5.2012 passed by the S.D.J.M., Shivhar in Complaint case No.96 of 2012. Considering that the Petitioner seeks quashing on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.

The Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of
