The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 390 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the F.I.R., while the mother and grandmother (nani) of the informant proceeded from their house in a tempo, a large number of persons named in the FIR including the two petitioners herein are said to have surrounded the tempo, pulled her mother and maternal grandmother and

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that from perusal of the FIR, it would be evident that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners. Further the petitioners are ladies and there is no chance of their absconding or tampering with the evidence.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 390 of 2015, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
