2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, brutally assaulted informant causing fracture of his leg. It is further alleged that when wife and children of informant came there, they were also assaulted.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56715 of 2024(4) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and there is specific accusation that they, along with other accused persons, assaulted informant and his family members. Moreover, doctor has found the injuries sustained by the injured to be grievous in nature.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
