Rev. No. 42 of 2016 affirming the order dated 29.03.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Daudnagar in G.R. Case No. 1513 of 1998, corresponding to Trial No. 156 of 2013, arising out of Obra P. S. Case No. 168 of 1998.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by now, the application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
