Petitioners are accused in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 386 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(a) (AA)(1-b)A/26(i), (ii), (iii)/28 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are farmers and due to local village politics, they have falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 10.09.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1991 of 2017 (3) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S.
