Petitioner was granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.10.2008 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30802 of 2008 but he could not furnish bail bonds before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi in Dhanarua P.S.Case No. 33 of 2004 as he was languishing in jail custody in connection with Dhanarua P.S.Case No. 581 of 2000 and when he got bail in the aforesaid case vide order dated 23.09.2015 passed in Criminal Appeal ( DB) 855 of 2013, he took attempt to furnishing bail bonds in Dhanarua P.S.Case No. 33 of 2004 but his bail bonds was not accepted by the concerned court. There is nothing on the record to show that the bail bonds of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57047 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 petitioner was rejected by the concerned court and, therefore, this petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file bail bonds before the concerned court in connection with Dhanarua P.S.Case No. 33 of 2004 and if petitioner does so, the concerned court shall pass appropriate order on the bail bonds furnished on behalf of the petitioner.
