This petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents no. 5 and 6 to release the sanction fund for a sum of Rs. 777500/-, Rs. 519300, Rs. 847700/-, Rs. 250700/-, Rs. 931900/- and Rs. 1211400/- in favour of the petitioner for executing the various projects for his Ward No. 13 under the 'Mukhiya Mantri Saat Nischay Scheme'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17387 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 matter will suffice, if the Collector looks into the matter and take appropriate decision.

The State do not have any objection.

In view of the aforesaid fair submission put forward by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioner that he shall file representation within a period of four weeks from today with that specific prayer.

If such representation is preferred, the, respondent no. 2 District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur shall be duty bound to take a decision within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
