====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------- 06-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Simri (TRHOP) P.S. Case No.228 of 2015 registered under Sections 498(A), 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the deceased, the daughter of the informant, for non fulfillment of the demand of dowry by her husband and in-laws and also to dispose of her dead body. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are brother-in-law and father-in-law respectively of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, and

The petitioners are residing separate to the husband of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, and are in custody since 27.08.2016. Moreover, Dipak Sah, the husband of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, is already in custody.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Buxar, in connection with Simri (TRHOP) P.S. Case No.228 of 2015. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
