The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jadia P.S. Case No.110 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that the petitioner and other accused person assaulted him with Lathi Dabia.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is enmity between the two sides. The injury found on the head of Nurul Hasan which is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance and no sharp weapon was used and the nature of injury is simple. The other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail.

Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No.110 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
