2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to accept joining of the petitioner as Head Teacher (Pradhan Shikshak) on account of his selection on the said post keeping in view his merit serial number which is 1786.

3. The petitioner has not enclosed any documents as to how and by whom he was selected, as contended in the writ petition that his merit serial number is 1786.

4. Since the petitioner's selection under merit serial number 1786 is unsubstantiated, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with a liberty granted to the petitioner to file a fresh

Patna High Court CWJC No.12617 of 2025(2) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 writ petition, if so advised, by enclosing all the relevant documents to show that he was selected under merit serial number 1786 as Head Teacher by the competent authorities which will entitle him to join at a particular institution.
