The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 503 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 448, 542, 376 and 511 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the serious nature of allegation made by the informant in the FIR against the petitioners that they repeatedly coerced and assaulted her in order to force her to surrender to their nefarious motive and also tried to ravish her
