2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 189 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the petitioner claims to have sold only his share in the property. The informant is the uncle of the petitioner and the F.I.R. has been instituted for a land dispute within the family. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Considering the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged and also that the petitioner is said to have sold the property through forged deeds in which he only had undivided

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38517 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 share, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
