2. This application has been filed for correction of typographical errors which have occurred in the order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40936 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to the errors committed by him while drafting the petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the name of father of petitioner no. 1 has been wrongly written as that of the father's name of the petitioner no. 2 and the father's name of petitioner no. 2 has been wrongly written as that of the father's name of petitioner no. 1. It is further submitted that the petitioner no. 1's alias name was not typed in the title portion of the petition under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57130 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 Section 438 Cr.P.C. The present petition has been filed giving the correct father's name of both the petitioners with the alias name of petitioner no. 1 as Dilip Kumar.

4. Learned counsel submits that title portion of the petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is required to be corrected as per the title portion of the present petition.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs that the correct descriptions of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 be read as per the descriptions provided in the present application. The order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40936 of 2023 shall carry the corrected title portion containing names and other descriptions of the petitioners as per the present case record.

6. Let it be recorded that learned APP for the State is present and has no objection to the same.

7. As a result of the aforementioned corrections, the time fixed for submission of bail bond of the petitioner shall stand extended by another four weeks.

8. Rest of the order shall remain the same.
