The petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 02 of 2016 registered under Sections 20 of N.D.P.S. Act pending in the Court of Special Judge, NDPS Purnea. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner is a driver of the seized vehicle and it was not in his knowledge that what types of goods has been kept in the dickey of the vehicle. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that huge quantity of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1999 of 2017 (4) dt.03-04-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Prakash/- U T
