Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is of committing robbery in a Branch of Punjab National Bank. Altogether Rs.52,58,005/- were looted by the unknown criminals.

Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64504 of 2021(4) dt.22-08-2022 2/2 petitioner on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the present bail application is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of further nine months of custody. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U T
