Patna High Court MJC No.1379 of 2014 (2) dt.08-01-2015 identical issues, the contempt petitions filed by several petitioners have been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court vide its order dated 21.10.2014 passed in M.J.C. No.871 of 2012 and other analogous matters.
