The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhagwanganj P. S. Case No. 37 of 2017 registered under Sections 304-B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence in which daughter-in-law of the petitioner is alleged to have been killed in her matrimonial home within three years of marriage for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
