JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner is willing to keep the informant with full dignity and honour.
Learned counsel for the informant also submits that the informant is willing to accompany the petitioner to her matrimonial home.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will go to the parental home of the informant on 03.07.2023 to bring her back to her matrimonial home.

Since both the petitioner and the informant are willing to start their life afresh, as such, the Court feels persuaded to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 52 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
However, if the petitioner does not go on the date fixed i.e. 03.07.2023 to bring the informant back to her matrimonial home, the informant will be at liberty to file an application seeking cancellation of the bail bonds granted to the petitioner before this Court.
