2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 68 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 365, 392, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 365, 395, 412, 120B of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 07.09.2022.

4. Petitioner has participated in loot of Scropio in question and he has criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after completing one and half years of judicial custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54683 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-IV, Supaul in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 68 of 2022.

6. The petitioner will visit Karjain Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
